Chargeback Reporting Enhanced

In addition to the incredible reporting changes that we made in the system upgrade last month including the ability to mark transactions as "chargebacks", we have added an additonal report which will show you results and data based on your chageback entries. This new report can be found in the left administration area menu under Fraud Controls> Chargeback Lookout.

Based on your chargeback data entry and posting dates of those chargebacks, you will receive a detailed report showing chargebacks by card types and payment types which will be compared to overall transaction count and monthly processing volume, resulting in chargeback percentage of trasnactions and percentage of volume.
