NETbilling continuously strives to provide the most comprehensive reporting available today and we take merchant suggestions seriously. Several clients asked us to provide some unique purchase statistics so they could easily see transaction attempts by unique client to be able to judge the effectiveness of their Fraud Defense settings and marketing campaigns. We have delivered once again...
In the NETbilling administration area: Reporting > Adv. reporting > Custom Reports
You will see a new checkbox titled:
[x] Show unique-attempts statistics
By checking this box, three new columns are added when generating a custom report:
Unique Attempts: How many unique cards or check transactions were attempted.
Unique Approvals: How many transactions were approved based on those unique attempts.
Unique Percentage Approved: Percentage of approvals based on above criteria.
