NETbilling is seeking an experienced full time technical support specialist to work on site as part of our 40+ person staff. We are Covid safety conscious in our offices, providing separated offices and following safe distancing work spaces.
We are seeking a self-starter with the ability to ask questions, learn quickly, multi-task and work independently. We'd like someone who enjoys problem solving and thinking outside of the box. As a member of our technical support team, you'll primarily provide support to our merchants and staff for our supported transaction processing platforms. Working with a variety of softwares and hardware to help support our day to day office operations.
Applicants must have strong troubleshooting and communication skills over the phone, email, messenger, CRM, help desk and in person.
You will receive training about our payment gateway and other services we offer. You will also learn on the fly as new situations and edge cases present themselves.
Annual salary $45k+ based on experience.
