The Faces Behind NETbilling

Mitch Farber
President & CEO

NETbilling is the one of the largest payment gateway, merchant account and center providers in the transaction processing Industry. Raised in Florida, and educated in Boston, Farber moved to California in 1990. His interest in computer technology and the Internet eventually lead to starting NETbilling while operating his own e-commerce sites. Today NETbilling is used worldwide by thousands of e-commerce and retail merchants, with a processing system and call center facility offering unparalleled control and flexibility at extremely competitive prices.

Wendy Nelson
Vice President of Sales

Wendy Nelson is the Vice President of Sales for NETbilling, Inc.. Wendy is a California native who previously worked for a promotional company before joining the NETbilling team in 2007. At NETbilling, Wendy manages the sales team and client relations for new account acquisitions in both the online and retail spaces, including merchant account, gateway and call center service clients. 

Traci Arce
Controller

Traci earned her college degree in Accounting at College of the Canyons, after which she worked along side a CPA in Thousand Oaks, CA for 9 years. She joined the NETbilling team in October of 2003. Traci’s experience in finance roles are primarily with quality control and compliance. She works with her staff on multiple projects including budgeting, financial & managerial reporting, HR, and payroll. Traci enjoys long walks and is very involved in the multiple activities of her three daughters.

Ben Tischler
Technical Support Manager

Ben is the technical support manager at NETbilling and has been with the company for over ten years keeping the company’s systems and servers running smoothly. Ben supervises many aspects of NETbilling’s employee and client support needs and participates in system development.

Brian Howard
Call Center Manager

Brian attended Antelope Valley College to pursue a degree in computer science. He joined the NETbilling family in May, 2004 as call center agent, worked his way up to a lead representative, and in 2008 became the head call center supervisor. In mid-2015, after 11 years of dedication, Brian was promoted to NETbilling’s call center manager position. He manages an excellent team of supervisors and call center agents. He assists in new call center client setups, along with staff hiring and training. Brian is passionate about maintaining client satisfaction and providing his staff with a great work environment with the opportunity for growth. Brian enjoys basketball, playing guitar and bass, singing, and music production.

Daniel Ramirez
Merchant Relations Specialist

Danny joined NETbilling and in 2009 and has been with the company ever since. Daniel first began as a call center agent and was promoted to a lead representative, shortly after took supervisor responsibility. Daniel manages running the call center with special projects providing proper training to the call center agents for phone and online support. Daniel enjoys live shows and spending time with family and friends.

Jennifer Milosevich
Administrative Management Assistant

Jennifer joined NETbilling, Inc. in 2014 as a call center representative. A year later she was promoted to receptionist. A short time after she was promoted to accounting assistant. Jennifer currently works in both positions and handles various tasks and projects given to her by upper management. Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Kalvin Fletcher
Lead Supervisor

Kalvin was born in Arkansas and grew up in Utah, moved to California in 2007 where he joined the NETbilling team late October. Kalvin worked his way up to supervisor assistant, and since 2015 has become the head supervisor of the NETbilling call center. Kalvin manages a strong team of supervisory assistants and agents. Kalvin also assists in new call center client setups and other various projects. Kalvin enjoys his daily activities with his fiancée and kids. He plays semi-Pro football bringing awareness to children with cancer.

Shibli Murtaza
Technical Support Specialist

Shibli is a Business Management graduate with strong working experience within the  IT industry. He provides technical support, advice and assistance to NETbilling’s clients as well as employees of the company. His job includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user help requests along wth other staff members. In his free time, Shibli enjoys producing videos, playing guitar and singing.

Teri Hemphill
Staff Trainer

Teri joined the NETbilling team in 2006. Teri has experience in numerous departments at NETbilling.  She started out as a call center representative and then quickly became the head trainer and senior lead representative.  With her wide-ranging knowledge in customer service, Teri prepares all new employees by giving them the skills to become excellent customer care specialists. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and taking camping trips throughout California and beyond.
